With over 15 years of industry experience in telecommunications across multiple domains, I bring valuable insights to Tubox. Prior to founding Tubox, I managed $4.5 million in sales through importing/exporting, gaining firsthand knowledge of international trade dynamics and compliance requirements. Additionally, my experience includes working as a consultant at Comcast, AT&T, and Verizon, where I successfully serviced and expanded business relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Through customized solutions, I consistently increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while fostering effective collaboration among stakeholders.
In addition to my professional background, I bring a unique perspective to Tubox as a daughter of a first-generation immigrant and a self-made entrepreneur. Coming from a background without a college degree, I understand the value of hard work, determination, and resilience in carving out a path for untraditional routes to success. Terms of Payment
Tubox accepts various forms of payment for its services, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and checks. Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon between Tubox and the client prior to the commencement of services. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or legal action.
Response Time
Tubox is committed to providing prompt and efficient service to its clients. We aim to respond to all inquiries, requests, and communications within a maximum of two business days. However, certain circumstances or high volumes of inquiries may result in longer response times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation due to a change of plans or circumstances by the client or Tubox, reasonable notice should be provided to minimize disruption and inconvenience. Clients are encouraged to communicate any cancellations as soon as possible to allow for rescheduling or adjustments to service delivery.
Please note that cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Tubox reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover expenses incurred or loss of revenue resulting from the cancellation.
